About event shuttles.
How many shuttle buses does a conference need?
It depends on how many delegates ride in the busiest wave and how long a loop takes. We work it out from your hotel list and session times, then size each loop. Our bus size guide explains the approach.
Can you provide a dispatcher at the venue?
Yes. For multi-vehicle events we can have a dispatcher on site to manage the loops, move vehicles when sessions overrun and keep the organiser’s transport desk informed.
Do you run shuttles to Expo City Dubai?
