These terms explain how you may use this website and how we handle quotes and bookings. Please read them before you ask for a quote or confirm a booking.
Who we are
This website is run by Emirates Bus Hire, which arranges buses, coaches and vans with professional drivers in the United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Emirates Bus Hire, and “you” means the person using the website or making the booking. Our office is at Al Muraqqabat Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What we provide
Every vehicle we supply comes with a driver. We do not offer self-drive hire. Our services run within the United Arab Emirates, and we do not run trips to Oman.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our vehicles and services and to ask for a quote. Please do not misuse the website, try to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or send us content that is unlawful, offensive or harmful. We may update, change or take down any part of the website at any time without notice.
Information and prices on this website
Where a page shows a price marked “From AED”, that figure is a starting price for the vehicle or service described. Your actual price depends on the date, time, route, hours, vehicle and group size, so we always confirm it in a written quote. Vehicle photos, seat counts, luggage space and model names are a guide. The exact vehicle can vary within the same size class, and we will tell you if that matters for your trip.
Asking for a quote is free and does not commit you to anything. Nothing is charged until you confirm a booking with us.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is our offer for the trip details you gave us. It is based on those details, so if the date, times, route, group size or luggage change, the price may change too. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp message. Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your written quote or booking confirmation.
If anything in your written quote or booking confirmation differs from these terms, the written quote or confirmation takes priority.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are handled under the terms set out in your written quote or booking confirmation, including any charges and any refund.
If we have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as we can and work with you on a suitable alternative. What happens to any payment is set out in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
To help your trip go to plan, we ask you to:
- give us accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times and contact details, and tell us promptly if they change
- keep the number of passengers within the seating limit of the vehicle you booked, as drivers cannot carry more people than there are seats
- tell us in advance about large or unusual luggage, such as sports equipment, so we can send a vehicle with enough space
- be ready at the agreed pickup time, as waiting time may affect your trip or price
- make sure every passenger wears a seat belt where one is fitted
- make sure there is no smoking, vaping or illegal substances in the vehicle
- make sure passengers behave safely and respectfully towards the driver and other road users, and follow UAE laws and local customs
Drivers may refuse to carry anyone who puts the safety of others at risk. You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your passengers, beyond normal wear and tear.
Delays outside our control
We plan every journey with care, but we are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include heavy traffic, accidents on the road, weather, road closures, and instructions from the police or other authorities. If something like this affects your trip, we will keep you informed and do what we reasonably can to help.
Our liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, such as a missed flight connection, event or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites, such as maps, WhatsApp or photo sources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Our content
The text, design, logo and layout of this website belong to Emirates Bus Hire or are used with permission. Some photographs are used under Creative Commons licences, as listed on our photo credits page. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your privacy
We use the details you send us only to prepare your quote and carry out your booking. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how we protect it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new quotes and bookings from the date shown at the top. A confirmed booking stays under the terms that applied when we confirmed it, unless we both agree otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
