How monthly staff transport works
We map your pick-up points and shift times, then propose the right mix of vans and buses to cover them with the fewest vehicles. You receive one monthly price per route.
Drivers are assigned to routes so they learn the stops and the passengers. If a vehicle is off the road for servicing, a replacement covers the run.

What is the minimum contract length?
Monthly contracts start at one month; we can also cover short projects and seasonal peaks by the week.
How do you decide which vehicles a staff route needs?
We map your pick-up points, headcounts and shift times, then propose the fewest vehicles that cover them without long loops. Often that is one large vehicle for the main pick-up and a van for a smaller group.
Can the route change when our shifts change?
Yes. Tell us the new times or stops and we re-plan the route, confirmed in writing with any change to the monthly price. A week’s notice makes changes easier, especially in peak season.
Do you run staff transport outside Dubai?
Yes. Routes from Sharjah and Ajman into Dubai are common, and we also run routes to sites in other Emirates. See Sharjah to Dubai staff transport.
Do you provide transport for early and late shifts?
Yes. Hotel, hospital and logistics teams often need runs before dawn and after midnight. We schedule them like any other route, with the same driver cover and replacement vehicles.
Can you transport labour crews as well as office staff?
