Squads, coaching staff and supporters moved together on match days, tournaments and training camps — with room for the kit.

A team that arrives late, scattered across taxis, starts the match already behind. Sports team transport in Dubai is mostly about timing: leaving the hotel or school early enough for the warm-up, knowing where the team bus can stop at the ground, and getting everyone home after the final whistle. We plan those three things first and pick the vehicle second.
We move academy squads, school teams, amateur clubs, visiting touring sides and corporate teams — and the supporters who follow them.
Kit is the detail that changes the booking. Cricket bags, hockey sticks, rowing gear and bicycles take far more space than players expect. Tell us what is travelling and we will confirm whether it fits in the holds or needs a separate luggage vehicle.
The Dubai Sevens is held each year at The Sevens Stadium on Al Ain Road (E66), and it brings some of the heaviest event traffic of the season. Supporter clubs, schools and companies book coaches so their group travels together and nobody has to drive home. The organisers publish a traffic and parking plan each year; we follow the coach drop-off and pick-up arrangements it sets and agree a clear meeting point for the return journey.
Returns are where most groups come unstuck. Thousands of people leave at once, phones run flat and friends drift off. We agree a fixed meeting time and a landmark with your group leader before the day, and the driver stays in contact with them until everyone is back on board.
We plan the same way for other big sporting days — tennis at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, racing at Meydan, cricket at Dubai Sports City and events at the Coca-Cola Arena — confirming access with the venue or organiser before the day.
Visiting teams often come for a week: training at Dubai Sports City or a school ground in the morning, recovery in the afternoon and a match or a team dinner in the evening. We can keep one vehicle and driver with the squad for the whole camp on full-day hire, or schedule separate trips around the programme. Airport arrivals for the squad and its kit can be added through airport group transfers.
Tournament schedules change — a semi-final moves, a rain delay pushes a session back. With one vehicle on full-day hire, the driver adapts to the new timings without a fresh booking, and any extra hours are charged at the rate on your quote.
For school and university sport, see school and university trips; our drivers are briefed on the school’s pick-up procedure.
Corporate football and cricket leagues, padel and running clubs, and company teams entering charity events all need the same thing: everyone at the venue on time, and nobody driving after a long day. We collect from an office, a metro station or a few homes, and run the return after the presentation or the last match.
Mass-participation runs, rides and races usually start early and close roads around the course. We plan pick-ups before dawn where needed, follow the drop-off arrangements published by the organiser and agree a collection point away from the closed roads for the return.
Use the booking form with the venue, the kick-off or start time, the squad size and what kit is travelling. The written quote includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and Salik tolls, with waiting time and extra hours listed before you confirm. For a season of fixtures, ask for one quote covering every date, so the club secretary approves it once.
Book early for the big weekends. Between October and April, match days compete with school trips, weddings and conferences for the same vehicles, and the Sevens weekend is among the busiest of the year.

Yes. On full or half-day hire the driver waits and is ready when the team comes off. For short point-to-point trips, we can return at a set time instead. Waiting time is listed on the quote, so you can compare both options before you book.
Some will, but long kit bags fill a minibus quickly. Our 35 and 50-seat coaches have under-floor holds that take bulky kit easily. For a Sprinter or mini coach, tell us the number and size of bags and we will confirm, or add a luggage van to the booking.
Yes. Clubs, schools and companies book coaches from a meeting point to The Sevens Stadium and back. We follow the organiser’s coach drop-off and pick-up arrangements and agree a return time and meeting point with your group leader in advance.
Bikes need careful handling and space. Depending on the number, they may travel in a coach hold with protection or in a separate van. Tell us how many bikes there are and whether the wheels come off, and we will confirm what we can carry before you book.
Yes — academies and schools book us regularly. Every seat has a seat belt, and drivers follow the pick-up and drop-off arrangements agreed with the coach or team manager. Please tell us how many children and supervising adults are travelling.
Yes. Full-day hire keeps the same vehicle and driver with the squad each day, which makes schedules simpler for team managers. We quote the week in one document, listing the daily hours and the rate for any extra time.
