A fixed morning and evening route between your staff’s homes in Sharjah or Ajman and your workplace in Dubai — one monthly price, one regular driver.

A large share of the people who work in Dubai live in Sharjah and Ajman, and the daily drive between them is one of the most congested in the country. For an employer, that turns into late starts, tired staff and parking costs. A dedicated Sharjah to Dubai staff transport route solves it: one vehicle collects your team from agreed points and delivers them to the door at the same time every working day.
We run these routes for offices in Business Bay, DIFC and Downtown, warehouses in Al Quoz and Dubai Investments Park, hospitals and clinics, and hotels with early and late shifts. A reliable route also widens your hiring pool: candidates who live in Sharjah or Ajman can accept a role in Dubai without buying a car.
The evening run works the same way in reverse. If your teams finish at different times, a second evening departure can be added rather than holding early finishers back until the last person logs off.
Drivers are assigned to routes so they learn the stops, the building entrances and the passengers. Every vehicle is air-conditioned and every seat has a seat belt. If the regular vehicle is in for service, a replacement covers the run, and your HR or admin contact is told in advance wherever possible.
On the day, the driver can share live updates with a nominated contact, so the office knows if a jam on Al Ittihad Road will delay arrival — and managers aren’t left wondering why half the team is late.
Staff join, leave and change shifts. Tell us when the headcount moves and we adjust the pick-up points or the vehicle size, confirmed in writing with the new monthly price. During Ramadan, when working hours are shorter, we re-time the route for the month. Short projects and seasonal peaks can be covered by the week.
If you open a second site, move office or add a shift, the route can be redesigned rather than patched. A fresh look at where staff live often removes a stop or two and shortens everyone’s day.
Not every team works nine to five. Hospital, hotel and logistics staff often start before dawn or finish after midnight, when public transport is limited and taxis are expensive. We run early and late departures on the same monthly contract, with the same driver cover, so night-shift staff get the same reliability as the office team.
For round-the-clock operations, three shift changes a day can often be covered by one vehicle working a planned rota rather than three separate contracts. We show you the options when we map the route.
Ajman adds distance and time to the morning run, especially from Al Nuaimiya or Al Jurf. For small teams, one vehicle can collect in Ajman and then Sharjah on its way into Dubai. For larger teams, two vehicles — one from Ajman, one from Sharjah — usually keep journey times reasonable for everyone, and the extra vehicle is often justified by the time it saves. We show both options on the quote so you can decide.
Use the booking form and choose “Staff transport (recurring)”. Include the residential areas, the workplace address, start and finish times, working days and the approximate number of staff. We reply with a written monthly price per route that includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and Salik tolls. Monthly contracts start at one month.
Before signing with any operator, our staff transport contract guide lists the questions worth asking.

Sized to the busiest run of the day, with a seat or two for new joiners.

The staff-transport workhorse — thirteen seats, daily or monthly.

High roof, reclining seats — the comfortable sixteen.

Nimble 30-seater for school gates, weddings and staff runs.

Fifty guests, deep luggage holds, one smooth journey.
It depends on where staff live and where they work, but for a 9 a.m. start in central Dubai, departures from Al Nahda or Al Taawun are often before 8 a.m., and earlier from Ajman. We set the time from real traffic and fine-tune it in the first week.
Yes, if the stops line up along one route. Ajman pick-ups add time to the run, so for larger teams we sometimes suggest one vehicle from Ajman and another from Sharjah, which keeps journey times reasonable. We show both options on the quote.
Usually from a few agreed points rather than every door, which keeps the route short and predictable. For small teams or late shifts, door-to-door pick-ups can work; send us the addresses and we will suggest the best arrangement.
Routes run on the working days set out in your contract. If your company works through a public holiday, or closes on a normal working day, tell us in advance and we will adjust that week’s schedule accordingly.
Yes. The driver can share live updates with a nominated contact on the day — for example when the bus leaves the last pick-up, and if traffic will delay arrival. Tell us who should receive them when you set up the route.
It depends on the headcount on the busiest run. Up to thirteen fits a HiAce, fourteen to sixteen a Sprinter, seventeen to thirty a mini coach and up to fifty a full coach. We size to the real number, with a seat or two spare for new joiners.
