Safety and supervision
Every seat on our buses has a seat belt. Drivers are briefed on the school’s pick-up procedure and the trip lead receives the driver’s details the day before. Please tell us the ratio of children to supervising adults when you book.

Which vehicles do you recommend for a school trip?
For a class of up to thirty with staff, a Coaster-class mini coach; for two classes, a 50-seat coach. Larger year groups combine vehicles. Every seat has a seat belt.
Do you take university students on field trips outside Dubai?
Yes. University departments in Academic City, Knowledge Park and Sharjah’s University City book coaches for field trips to Hatta, Jebel Jais, the east coast and Abu Dhabi.
Can you transport school sports teams to fixtures?
Yes — inter-school matches, swimming galas and tournaments. Tell us the squad size and kit, and we will match the vehicle. See sports team transport.
Can you collect students from more than one campus?
Yes. Schools with separate primary and secondary sites, or universities with several buildings, can have one vehicle collect from each and meet at the destination, or one vehicle visit both in turn.
