Groups travel with more luggage than they expect. Our coaches have deep under-floor holds; for vans and minibuses we suggest a separate luggage vehicle when bags exceed seats.

What happens if our flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pick-up to the actual landing time, so a delay doesn’t leave the group without a vehicle. Any waiting charges are shown on your quote before you confirm.
Where do we meet the driver at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, with a name board. The group leader receives the driver’s details before landing, and the vehicle waits in the coach park until everyone is through.
Can you take a group from the airport straight to a venue?
Yes. Delegates and teams can go directly from DXB or DWC to a venue such as Expo City, with luggage travelling in the holds, then on to the hotel later.
Do you collect groups arriving on different flights?
Yes. We can schedule several smaller vehicles timed to each flight, or hold one vehicle for a short window if the flights land close together. We suggest the most practical plan when we see the flight list.
Can you take a group from the airport to Hatta, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah?
Yes. Arrivals heading to resorts in other Emirates can travel direct from the airport, with the driver tracking the flight and luggage space matched to the group.
