Privacy notice

Saffron Coaches (“we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

When you request a booking we receive the details you enter: your name, email and phone number, the pick-up and drop-off, the date and time, and any message you add. Please do not send payment card details or identity documents through the form.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and messages, and use them in the same way. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that chat.

How we use it

Only to prepare your quote and, if you confirm, to plan and carry out your journey (including sharing your name, pick-up details and mobile number with your assigned chauffeur). We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed journeys are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@emiratesbushire.com.
