Bus rental prices in the UAE at a glance

Bus rental prices in the UAE depend on four things: the size of the vehicle, how long you keep it, where it goes and when. As a starting point, our prices run from AED 450 per day for a 13-seater van to AED 650 per day for a 50-seat luxury coach, for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with the driver and fuel included. Every booking then gets a written quote that confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours.

We set our starting prices a little under the typical rate that mainstream operators publish for the same vehicle, and we last checked those published rates on 14 October 2026. Below you will find every vehicle and popular trip, the typical market range, what moves a quote up or down, and worked examples.

Our starting prices by vehicle

All prices are per vehicle, not per person, for a full day (up to 10 hours) within Dubai, with driver and fuel. The “typical market range” is what mainstream operators published for the same class of vehicle when we checked on 14 October 2026.

How much is a 30-seater bus?

It is one of the most common questions about bus prices in the UAE, along with its cousins, the 32-seater and the 33-seater. A 30-seat bus is usually a Toyota Coaster or Mitsubishi Rosa, and the same body is fitted with 22, 23, 26 or 30 seats. Our 30-seater starts from AED 550 per day, against a typical market range of AED 650–750, and our 22–26 seater bus from AED 500 per day.

You will see 30-seaters advertised for AED 369–450 a day. In our checks, those figures were teaser prices on listing cards rather than the rate for a full ten-hour day with driver and fuel, so compare like with like: ask what hours, fuel and tolls a figure includes.

If you need 31 to 35 seats – the “32-seater” many people search for – our 35-seater coach starts from AED 600 per day, against a market range of AED 750–1,050, and adds under-floor luggage holds. If you are asking what it costs to buy a 32-seat bus, that is a different market: we rent buses with drivers and don’t sell vehicles.

How much is a 50-seater bus?

Our 50-seater luxury coach starts from AED 650 per day, for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai with driver and fuel. Credible day rates from other operators for the same class run from AED 699 to 800. Lower figures exist – AED 599 or 600 – but in our checks they came from template price lists or listing cards rather than a clear rate for a full day.

For forty to fifty people, one coach is usually the economical answer: from our starting prices, a single 50-seater (AED 650) costs less than two 30-seaters (AED 1,100). For a group of 60, a 50-seater plus a 13-seater van starts from AED 1,100 for the day. Above 100 people, groups combine several coaches.

Minibus and van prices

For smaller groups, the 13-seater Toyota HiAce is the economical choice, from AED 450 per day against a market range of AED 500–650. It suits crews, small staff routes and day trips for up to thirteen.

The Mercedes Sprinter costs more – from AED 950 per day – even though it is smaller than a 30-seat bus. That reflects the vehicle: it is a high-roof luxury minibus with reclining seats, and across the market Sprinters are priced like chauffeur vehicles rather than buses, at anywhere from AED 850 to 2,500 a day. If a group of fifteen doesn’t need that comfort and the pick-up points allow a bigger vehicle, a 30-seat mini coach is the cheaper option.

For seven or fewer, the Mercedes V-Class starts from AED 900 per day (market range AED 950–1,600), the 7-seater SUV from AED 950 per day (AED 1,000–1,200) and the executive car from AED 1,000 per day (AED 999–1,300).

What changes the price

  • The vehicle. Size and class set the starting price – see the tables above.
  • Hours. Starting prices cover a full day of up to 10 hours. Half-day hire covers five hours, and hours beyond the booking are charged at the rate on your quote.
  • Distance and emirates. Starting prices are for trips within Dubai. A route into Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, the east coast or Abu Dhabi is quoted for the actual distance, and a trip that crosses several emirates more so.
  • One way, return or full day. A one-way transfer, a return trip and a day with the driver waiting are priced differently, so tell us which you need.
  • Your date. The written quote confirms the price for your date. Weekends between October and April and big-event days are the busiest, so book early.
  • Waiting and parking. Waiting time beyond the booking and any parking charges are listed on the quote before you confirm.
  • Tolls. Salik tolls in Dubai, and Darb tolls on trips into Abu Dhabi, are included in our written quotes.
  • Several vehicles, or a luggage van. Large groups, or groups with more bags than the vehicle holds, may need a second vehicle.
  • One-off or recurring. Daily staff routes are quoted per month – see staff transport.

Worked examples

These examples use our starting prices only. Your written quote confirms the exact figure for your date, route and hours.

Example 1: a school class in Dubai

Twenty-six pupils and three teachers – twenty-nine people – visiting a museum in Dubai and back by early afternoon. One 30-seater bus: from AED 550 for the day.

Example 2: conference delegates

Forty-five delegates moving between a hotel and a venue in Dubai all day. One 50-seater coach on full-day hire: from AED 650 per day, with five spare seats for walk-ups.

Example 3: a company day for 60

Sixty staff on a one-off day out within Dubai. A 50-seater coach plus a 13-seater van: from AED 650 + AED 450 = AED 1,100 for the day.

Example 4: fourteen friends to Hatta

A day in the mountains with the driver waiting at the dam, Wadi Hub and the heritage village. The Dubai to Hatta day trip in a 15-seater van: from AED 650 per day.

Example 5: one way to the east coast

Twelve colleagues heading from Dubai to a resort in Fujairah. A 14-seater van one way: from AED 550 one way. The trip back at the end of the stay is quoted separately.

Example 6: a daily staff route

Fourteen staff travelling every working day from Sharjah to an office in Dubai and back. A 12–15 seat van on a monthly contract: from AED 4,800 per month.

Prices outside Dubai

Our starting prices are for a full day within Dubai. Trips that start or finish in another emirate are quoted for the actual route: a day collecting in Sharjah, a monthly route from Ajman or a transfer to a resort in Ras Al Khaimah each get a written price for the real distance and hours. See bus rental in Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah for how those trips work, and Sharjah Airport transfers for arrivals at SHJ.

Abu Dhabi trips include Darb tolls in the quote, as Dubai trips include Salik. Some longer routes already have their own starting price – the Abu Dhabi day trip, Hatta, Jebel Jais and Fujairah – listed in the table above.

How to keep the cost down

  • Right-size the vehicle. Count the real riders in the busiest wave, not the full guest list. Our bus size guide shows how.
  • Group the pick-ups. A few agreed meeting points cost less time, and often a smaller vehicle, than a door-to-door loop.
  • Book the hours you need. A half day covers five hours; a full day ten. If your programme fits one, don’t pay for the other.
  • Compare one vehicle with two. One 50-seater (from AED 650) costs less than two 30-seaters (from AED 1,100), but two smaller vehicles can save time with scattered pick-ups. Ask us to quote both.
  • Quote the whole programme at once. A multi-day event, a term of school trips or a wedding weekend priced together is easier to plan and approve.
  • Book early in peak season. Between October and April the right vehicle on the right date goes quickly; booking two to four weeks ahead keeps your options open.

Typical market ranges: reading other operators’ prices

Published bus prices in the UAE are hard to compare, because operators mean different things by “per day”. When you line up quotes, check:

  • How many hours a day includes – some packages are 8 hours, others 10 or 12
  • Whether fuel, tolls and parking are included or added
  • Whether VAT (5% in the UAE) is included or added on top
  • Whether the figure is for the whole vehicle or per person
  • Whether a low “from” figure is a real rate or a teaser – several of the lowest prices we found were on listing cards, not a clear rate for a full day

The market ranges on this page are the credible published rates for each class, checked on 14 October 2026. Prices change, so treat them as a guide rather than a quote.

Per day, one way or per month?

Per day means a full day of up to 10 hours, with the driver staying with the group and waiting between stops. One way means the whole vehicle for a single journey. Per month is for recurring routes such as staff transport, with a fixed timetable, a regular driver where possible and a replacement vehicle if one is in for service; monthly contracts start at one month.

Half-day hire covers five hours and suits a city tour, an evening at Global Village or a short school visit. For a half-day or one-way price on a specific trip, ask for a quote.

Getting an exact price

The exact figure depends on your date, route, hours and group. Send the headcount, pick-up and drop-off points, timings and luggage through the booking form, by email to info@emiratesbushire.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 126 1681. We reply with a written quote, usually within the hour, and nothing is charged until you confirm.

Not sure which size to ask for? Our bus size guide works it out from your headcount, luggage and pick-up points. For trips that start outside Dubai, see Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah Airport transfers.

Frequently asked.

Quick answers for this trip.

How much does it cost to rent a bus in Dubai?

From AED 450 per day for a 13-seater van, AED 550 for a 30-seater, AED 600 for a 35-seater and AED 650 for a 50-seat coach – a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with driver and fuel. Your written quote confirms the exact price for your date, route and hours.

How much is a 30-seater bus?

Our 30-seater starts from AED 550 per day with driver and fuel. The typical market range for a full day is AED 650–750; lower figures you may see are usually teaser prices.

What is the price of a 32-seater bus in the UAE?

To rent one with a driver, our 35-seater coach – the size most “32-seater” requests need – starts from AED 600 per day, against a market range of AED 750–1,050. We rent buses with drivers and don’t sell vehicles.

How much does it cost to rent a 50-seater bus in Dubai?

From AED 650 per day for our 50-seat luxury coach, with driver and fuel, for up to 10 hours within Dubai. Credible market rates for the same class run from AED 699 to 800.

How much would it cost to rent a minibus for a day?

From AED 450 per day for a 13-seater van and AED 950 per day for a 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter, with driver and fuel. For 17 to 30 people, a mini coach starts from AED 550 per day.

How much is a 20-seater mini bus?

For about twenty passengers we send a Coaster-class mini coach laid out with 22 to 30 seats. Our 22–26 seater bus rental starts from AED 500 per day, against a market range of AED 650–850.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. A bus costs much the same to run with twenty passengers as with twenty-six, so we quote the vehicle and its driver, never the seats.

Are fuel and tolls included?

Fuel and the driver are included in our starting prices, and our written quotes also include road tolls – Salik in Dubai and Darb on trips into Abu Dhabi. Waiting time, parking and extra hours are listed before you confirm.

Do prices go up for trips outside Dubai?

Starting prices are for a full day within Dubai. Trips into other emirates are quoted for the actual route and distance, so they usually cost more than a day in the city. Some routes have their own starting price, such as Abu Dhabi day trips from AED 550 per day and Hatta from AED 650 per day.
