Guest shuttles between hotels, the ceremony and the reception — planned around your programme, with a late return for the last people on the dance floor.

A Dubai wedding often spreads across several places: guests in two or three hotels, a ceremony at one venue and a reception at another, and a crowd that wants to stay until the end. Leaving everyone to arrange their own taxis means late arrivals during the vows, a queue for cars at midnight and older relatives stranded at the hotel. Wedding bus rental in Dubai solves that with a timetable everyone can follow.
We plan guest shuttles for weddings of every size — from a Sprinter collecting close family from one villa to several 50-seat coaches looping between beach hotels and a ballroom.
The driver’s details go to your planner the day before. On the day we keep the vehicles on schedule and tell the planner straight away if a hotel lobby is running late, so the ceremony isn’t held up by one missing bus.
For desert and beach venues, the last guests often leave late and tired. A dedicated final departure, timed to the venue’s closing, means nobody has to look for a taxi in the dark at the edge of the desert.
Count the guests who will actually ride, not the full invitation list. Guests staying at the venue hotel, local friends who drive and children travelling with parents in their own cars all reduce the seats you need — our bus size guide explains how to work it out.
Many weddings in Dubai run over two or three days — a henna or mehndi night, a sangeet, the ceremony and a reception — often at different venues. We quote the whole programme at once, so the same drivers can cover each event and guests start to recognise the vehicles. We can also add airport group transfers for guests flying in, and a day out for visiting family, such as a desert-camp evening or a city tour.
Some of Dubai’s favourite wedding venues have tight driveways, shared coach bays or gated access. Hotels on the Palm, desert venues off Al Qudra Road and villa communities such as Emirates Hills or Arabian Ranches each work differently, and some communities set their own rules for larger vehicles. Give us the venue and gate details early and we will confirm where buses can stop, whether a smaller vehicle is needed for the final stretch, and how far elderly guests will have to walk.
From October to April, wedding weekends book early. For a single vehicle, a couple of weeks is usually fine; for several vehicles across multiple days, two to four weeks ahead is safer.
Your written quote covers the vehicles, the drivers, fuel and Salik tolls. Waiting time between the ceremony and the reception, venue parking and any hours beyond the booking are listed separately before you confirm, so there are no surprises when the party runs late. Vehicles are cleaned before every job and the air-conditioning is checked before guests board — welcome when the photographer has kept everyone outside in the sun.
Ready to plan? Send the programme through the booking form or email info@emiratesbushire.com, and include the hotel list and rough headcounts per hotel. If you are working with a wedding planner, we are happy to deal with them directly and copy you on the written quote.

Mix sizes to match each hotel’s guest count.

High roof, reclining seats — the comfortable sixteen.

Nimble 30-seater for school gates, weddings and staff runs.

Fifty guests, deep luggage holds, one smooth journey.
Start with the guests who actually need transport — some drive, some stay at the venue. Three 50-seat coaches carry 150 in one wave, but with no spare seats, so most planners add a smaller vehicle or run two waves. Send the hotel list and we will suggest a mix.
Yes. We can keep the vehicle on site between the ceremony and the reception, or release it and return at a set time. Waiting time is listed on the quote, so you can choose the option that suits both the programme and the budget.
Yes. Late-night returns can drop at several hotels on one loop, or we can send a separate vehicle to each hotel so nobody sits through three stops at 1 a.m. We plan the return route with your planner in advance.
Simple touches, such as a sign in the windscreen with the couple’s names, are usually fine. For anything attached to the outside of the vehicle, ask us first — we will confirm what we can allow on the vehicle assigned to your wedding.
Our focus is guest transport. For the couple, we can supply an executive car that runs on the same timetable as the guest coaches — a comfortable, discreet option rather than a showpiece wedding car.
Weddings rarely run to the minute, and we plan for that. Drivers stay in touch with the planner, and if the programme slips we adjust departures. Extra waiting time is charged at the rate shown on your quote, so you know the cost before the day.
Yes. Guests arriving on group flights can be met in arrivals, counted onto a minibus or coach and taken straight to their hotel. For guests on different flights, we schedule several smaller pick-ups timed to each landing.
