For groups of seventeen to thirty, we send a Toyota Coaster-class mini coach with an experienced driver — laid out with 22 to 30 seats, so a 22, 23 or 26-person group always fits.

Search for a 22 seater bus rental in Dubai and almost every operator is describing the same family of vehicles: the Toyota Coaster and the Mitsubishi Rosa. Both share one body and are fitted with different seat layouts — 22, 23, 26 or 30 seats, depending on how the bus was ordered. The number in an advert usually tells you the layout of one particular bus, not a different kind of vehicle.
We keep it simple. Our 30-seater bus class covers every request from 22 to 30 passengers. Book for 22, 23 or 26 people and you get a Coaster-class mini coach with an experienced driver, never a layout that only just fits. The quote is per vehicle — per trip, per day or per month, never per head — so any spare seats are simply room for bags and late additions.
Most of these groups could squeeze into two vans, but one mini coach keeps everyone together. It needs one driver, one pick-up time and one parking space at the other end, and the group arrives as a group.
A 50-seat coach is the right answer once you pass thirty-five people, but for twenty-odd passengers a Coaster-class bus is usually the better tool. It is shorter, so it fits school drop-off loops, hotel driveways and community gates where a full-size coach can struggle. It is quicker to load. And on routes with lots of stops — a staff run through Al Qusais and Al Nahda, or a wedding pick-up from three villas in Al Barsha — a shorter vehicle saves real minutes at every stop.
If your headcount is drifting between twenty-eight and thirty-four, tell us. A 35-seater coach adds under-floor luggage holds and gives you a cushion for late additions.
A Coaster-class bus has overhead racks and a rear luggage area rather than deep under-floor holds. That is fine for day bags, packed lunches and a few suitcases, but an airport group of twenty with a large case each should either step up to a coach or add a 13-seater van as a luggage vehicle. We always ask about bags when you request a quote, because it is the detail that most often changes the vehicle.
Every seat has a seat belt, the air-conditioning is checked before each trip, and a PA microphone can be requested for tour days and school trips.
For longer drives — Abu Dhabi, Jebel Jais or the east coast — leave a few seats empty so people can spread out, or consider a coach with reclining seats and holds. For city runs of twenty or thirty minutes, a full mini coach is perfectly comfortable.
Use the booking form and tell us the headcount, pick-up and drop-off points, timings and luggage. We reply with a written quote that includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel and Salik tolls; waiting time, parking or extra hours are listed separately before you confirm. Book at least a week ahead for a one-off trip, and two to four weeks ahead between October and April, when school trips, weddings and conferences all compete for the same vehicles.
Running the same 22-person route every day? Ask for a monthly quote — our staff transport page explains how recurring routes work. Not sure whether 22 seats is right for your group? Our bus size guide walks through headcounts, luggage and access.

We run Coaster-class mini coaches laid out with 22 to 30 seats. When you book for 22, 23 or 26 passengers, we send the layout available on your date from that class. Every passenger gets a belted seat, and spare seats are simply extra room — the quote is for the vehicle, so they don’t change the price.
Essentially, yes. Both are usually a Toyota Coaster or Mitsubishi Rosa with a different number of seat rows fitted. Length, doors and handling are almost identical, which is why we group them as one class on our 30-seater bus page.
Overhead racks take day bags, and the rear luggage area takes roughly twenty medium suitcases. Airport groups with a large case each often need a 35-seater with under-floor holds, or a separate luggage van. Tell us the bag count and we will advise before you book.
Usually, yes — it is one of the main reasons people choose it over a full coach. Some gated communities set their own rules for larger vehicles, so give us the exact address and gate. We check access before the day and, if needed, agree a nearby pick-up point with you.
Yes. Half-day hire covers five hours and full-day hire ten hours, with the driver waiting between stops. It suits school trips with several venues, wedding days with a ceremony and reception, and team days out. Any hours beyond the booking are listed on your quote before you confirm.
Yes. Recurring routes are quoted per month, with a regular driver where possible and a replacement vehicle if the bus is in for service. Send us the pick-up points, shift times and working days, and we will tell you whether a mini coach or a mix of vans covers the route best.
Let us know as soon as you can. Up to thirty, nothing changes. Beyond that we would move you to a 35-seater coach or add a van, and send a revised written quote. In peak season, changes are easier with a few days’ notice.

Three quick steps, and a fixed quote lands in your inbox.
