We are mainly a group transport company. Most of what we run is vans, minibuses and coaches. But groups come with people who need a car of their own: the manager who visits three sites in a day, the speaker who arrives ahead of the delegates, the grandparents who shouldn’t sit on a coach for an hour. That is where our cars come in, and plenty of people book them on their own too.
A car with driver in Sharjah from us means one of three vehicles: an executive saloon, a 7-seater SUV or a Mercedes V-Class. The driver collects you anywhere in the emirate, waits between stops and drives you home. Our office is on Al Muraqqabat Street in Dubai, a short drive from the Sharjah border, and we don’t offer self-drive.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.

|---|---|---|---|
| Executive car | Up to 4, with 3 cases | From AED 1,000 per day | AED 999 to 1,300 |
| 7-seater SUV | Up to 6, with 5 cases | From AED 950 per day | AED 1,000 to 1,200 |
| Mercedes V-Class | Up to 7, with 6 cases | From AED 900 per day | AED 950 to 1,600 |
Prices are for a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with driver and fuel. A day in Sharjah is quoted for its actual route, and the written quote confirms it.
Something people don’t expect: the V-Class starts lower than the other two and carries the most. If you have five or more people, or older passengers who find a high SUV step awkward, it is usually the right answer. The executive car (an S-Class, 7 Series or Lexus LS, or similar) is for one to three people who want a quiet cabin for calls. The SUV sits high, takes six and is the comfortable one on long mountain roads.
If you live here, drive yourself and need a car for errands across a week, a self-drive rental is usually cheaper. We don’t offer that. Car rental with a driver makes sense when the driving gets in the way of the day. Visitors who don’t know the roads, managers who want to work between meetings, and families who want everyone in the car rather than one person at the wheel are all better off with a driver.
It also changes the parking problem. Central Sharjah has a lot of paid street parking and busy streets around Al Khan, Al Majaz and Rolla. With a driver you get dropped at the door and the car waits somewhere legal until you call it back.
The northern emirates are close together, so one driver can cover a lot of ground in a day. A typical site-visit day for a manager or an auditor might run like this (an example, not a fixed plan):
That is nine hours, inside a full day, with the driver waiting at every stop. Hamriyah Free Zone, the free zone at Sharjah Airport and the industrial areas of Umm Al Quwain fit the same pattern. Tell us the addresses and the meeting times, and we check the drive times before we quote. Port and free zone gates often want visitor details in advance, so have your host register the car.
Sharjah International is close to most of the city, and Dubai International is usually 30 minutes to an hour away depending on where you start and the time of day. For one to three people with normal luggage, the executive car is enough. For a family of six with five suitcases, book the SUV, or the V-Class if there are more bags than that.
For arrivals, send the flight number. We track the flight, the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board and the car waits until you are through. Bigger groups should look at Sharjah Airport transfers, where we use vans and coaches.
When relatives fly in, a car or V-Class with a driver for a few days can save a lot of juggling. Ask for child seats in the SUV when you book and tell us the children’s ages. The V-Class has sliding doors on both sides, which older passengers find much easier than climbing into an SUV.
A good Sharjah day for visitors might start in the restored heritage quarter in the old town, take the road through the mountain tunnels to Khor Fakkan for lunch by the sea, and finish back at Al Majaz waterfront in the evening. That is a long day, so book the full ten hours. For a trip across to the east coast with more people, see bus rental in Fujairah.
This is the booking we are set up for best. A school trip with a head teacher who has to leave early. A conference where the keynote speaker needs collecting from the hotel at a different time from the delegates. A wedding where the bride’s parents travel separately from the guest shuttles. Put the car on the same quote as the vans or coaches and it runs on the same timetable, with one point of contact for the whole day. See event shuttles and wedding bus rental.
People often ask about pick and drop services from Sharjah to Dubai. There are three ways to do it. Informal car-lift arrangements, where a private driver takes paying passengers, may not be licensed for passenger transport, so check before you rely on one. A car with a driver on a recurring booking works well for one executive, quoted in writing for the days and times. And for five or more colleagues, a shared van is far better value: a daily return run between Sharjah and Dubai in a 12 to 15 seat van starts from AED 4,800 per month, against a typical market range of AED 5,000 to 6,500.
Our Sharjah to Dubai staff transport page explains how those routes are planned, and van rental with a driver covers the smaller vans.
Every quote includes the car, the driver, fuel and road tolls on the route (Salik in Dubai, Darb in Abu Dhabi). Waiting time beyond the booking, parking and extra hours are listed before you confirm. A half day is five hours and a full day is ten. One-way trips, to the airport or another emirate, are priced per journey. Our price guide shows how quotes are built.
Send the date, the pick-up address, the stops or the destination, the number of passengers and the bags through the booking form, by email to info@emiratesbushire.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 126 1681. We usually reply within the hour with a written quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and the driver’s details reach you before the day.
