Weddings in Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah tend to pull guests from three or four directions at once. A bus plan that sorts out who rides from where, and who leaves when, is what keeps the evening calm.

Our page on wedding bus rental in Dubai deals with hotel to ballroom shuttles in the city. A wedding in the north is a different shape. The couple’s families may live in Sharjah, the groom’s side in Ajman, relatives fly into Dubai, and the venue is a hall in one emirate or a beach resort in another. Distances are bigger, the guest list is spread out, and the last guests leave late.
That means the bus plan is mostly a sorting exercise. You are deciding who starts where, which vehicles link which pick-up, and when the final run leaves. Get that right on paper and the day itself is quiet.

Get a quoteWrite down every place a group of guests will start from. Then put a headcount against each one, counting only people who will actually ride. Many guests drive themselves, and some stay at the venue.
A guest list of 200 looks like this in practice. Around 60 may drive. Forty may stay at the venue hotel. That leaves about 100 on buses, split perhaps 50 from Sharjah, 30 from Dubai hotels and 20 from Ajman. Three pick-ups, three vehicle sizes, one timetable.
Put that map in front of us and we can suggest a mix. Our bus size guide explains how to turn headcounts into seats, and why you rarely want to send one huge coach on a long loop.
The three emirates tend to produce three different kinds of day.
In Sharjah, the venue is often a wedding hall in a residential or commercial area, with a busy car park and a single main entrance. Evenings are crowded, drop-off bays fill up, and the coach may need to wait on a side street. Give us the hall name and the entrance guests will use, and we will confirm where a vehicle can stop. See bus rental in Sharjah for the areas we collect from.
In Ajman, hotels along the corniche and the resorts at Al Zorah host weddings with guests staying on site and others arriving from Sharjah and Dubai. Distances are short, so the shuttle is more about timing than mileage. See bus rental in Ajman.
In Ras Al Khaimah, resort weddings on Al Marjan Island and at Al Hamra often mean a stay of two or three nights, with guests flying in. The day can start with an airport transfer north and end with a late run back to the rooms. See bus rental in Ras Al Khaimah.
At many Arab and South Asian weddings the men’s and women’s celebrations take place apart, sometimes in two halls or two parts of the same venue. Treat that as two guest lists. Each side may want its own vehicles, its own pick-up times and its own late run, and the two programmes rarely finish together.
We plan it that way when you tell us. Send us the two sets of pick-ups and the expected finish for each, and we quote the vehicles together so the drivers and timings do not collide.
Many guests arrive on low-cost flights into Sharjah International, while others fly into Dubai International or Dubai World Central. A wedding in the north can have guests landing in all three on the same day. We meet groups in arrivals at each airport and take them to their hotel; the Sharjah airport transfer page covers that side in detail.
For large groups from one flight, one coach. For scattered arrivals, a small vehicle timed to each landing is kinder than making everyone wait two hours for the last passenger.
Weddings here often start after sunset and finish after midnight, and the guests who stay to the end are usually the ones with children asleep on their shoulder. The last run is the most important one on the whole plan.
Example: a hall wedding in Sharjah ending around 00:30, with guests returning to Dubai hotels about 45 minutes away. The last bus leaves at 00:45. The driver has been on duty since the afternoon, so we plan the last run around the driver’s hours rather than hope.
Example: a resort wedding on Al Marjan Island, with guests returning to Dubai at the end. That is roughly one to one and a half hours each way. Most couples instead book rooms for the guests, and run a short shuttle inside the resort area. Before you book a late coach to Dubai, check whether a room costs less than the extra driver hours.
We build two waves into most plans: an early run for families with young children and older relatives, and a late run for everyone else. Friday plans also leave space around midday prayers.
Our starting prices cover a full day of up to 10 hours with driver and fuel: a 13-seater van from AED 450 per day, a Sprinter from AED 950, a 30-seater from AED 550, a 35-seater from AED 600 and a 50-seater from AED 650. For wedding evenings the quote shows waiting time and any extra hours separately. The bus rental prices page has the full table and the typical market ranges.
Example: 50 guests from Sharjah to a hall in Ajman, one 50-seater for the evening from AED 650, so about AED 13 a head before the extra hours and the route are added.
Example: close family of twelve from Dubai to a Ras Al Khaimah resort and back the next day. A 13-seater van from AED 450 per day is easier than four cars, and the driver stays on one plan.
Decorations on the vehicle are a question for us: a simple sign in the windscreen is usually fine, anything attached outside needs agreeing first. Every seat has a belt, and child seats are not standard on our coaches, so families with babies should bring their own.
Send the date, the venue, the guest map with headcounts, the airports involved and the finish time through the booking form or email info@emiratesbushire.com. We reply with a written quote and the driver details the day before.

Quick answers for this trip.
Count only the guests who will ride, then group them by pick-up. Around 100 riders from three places is usually one 50-seater and two smaller vehicles, not three coaches. Send the guest map and we suggest a mix.
Yes. Waiting hours are on the quote. For long evenings, many hosts prefer a drop-off now and a separate return pick-up at a set time, which can cost less than keeping the bus on site.
Yes. Tell us the pick-ups and finish time for each side and we quote the vehicles together so the drivers and timings do not collide.
Yes. Our Umm Al Quwain page covers the area. Distances from Ajman and Sharjah are short.
For resort weddings in Ras Al Khaimah, often rooms. A late return to Dubai means an extra driver shift and extra hours on the quote. Compare both before you decide.
No, child seats are not standard. Every seat has a seat belt, and families with babies or toddlers should bring their own child seat.
Two to four weeks ahead for several vehicles, and a week for a single van. Weekends fill first.
