Luxury coach hire in the UAE is as much about the hours on the road as the vehicle. A delegation going from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, wedding guests heading for a resort in Ras Al Khaimah, an incentive group on a three-emirate programme: each can spend two hours or more on board. Guests remember those hours.
Emirates Bus Hire runs 35-seat and 50-seat luxury coaches with experienced drivers across all seven emirates, plus VIP-layout Mercedes Sprinters, Mercedes V-Class vans and executive cars for the guests who travel separately. Every vehicle comes with a driver. Every seat has a seat belt, and our coach drivers hold heavy-vehicle licences.
Prices depend on the date and group size. Get yours in a minute.
Get my priceIn the UAE the phrase “luxury bus” gets used loosely, and some listings put it on any bus with air-conditioning. A proper touring coach is built for long distances rather than city stops. Expect a raised floor with luggage holds underneath, so the cabin stays clear, and reclining padded seats with more legroom than a staff or school bus. It should also have air-conditioning that reaches the back row, curtains for the sunny side and a PA system for a host or guide.
Here is what ours have. The 50-seat coaches have reclining leather seats with belts, curtains, overhead racks and two full-length luggage bays under the floor. The 35-seaters have leather seats in a 2+2 layout, under-floor holds and a PA system. Whoever you book with, ask for photos of the actual vehicle, inside and out, not a catalogue picture. It is the quickest way to find out what “luxury” means to that operator.
| Vehicle | Seats | Best for | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50-seat luxury coach | Up to 50 | Delegations, weddings, long transfers | From AED 650 per day |
| 35-seater coach | Up to 35 | Incentive groups, roadshows, golf groups | From AED 600 per day |
| VIP Sprinter | Up to 16, fewer in lounge layouts | Board members, VIP guests, small tours | From AED 950 per day |
| Mercedes V-Class | Up to 7 | Speakers, families, hotel transfers | From AED 900 per day |
| Executive car | Up to 4 | The chair, the keynote, the guest of honour | From AED 1,000 per day |
These are for a full day (up to 10 hours) within Dubai, with the driver and fuel. Trips into other emirates are quoted for the actual route, with Salik and Darb tolls included. For comparison, the typical market range for a full day is around AED 699 to 800 for a 50-seater, AED 750 to 1,050 for a 35-seater, AED 850 to 2,500 for a Sprinter depending on the fit-out, and AED 950 to 1,600 for a V-Class.
Yes, the big coach starts below the Sprinter. A VIP Sprinter is a converted van with a lot of work inside it, and it is priced that way.
Government and corporate delegations moving between hotels, offices and site visits. Incentive groups and destination management companies with multi-day programmes. Destination weddings, where guests stay in Dubai and celebrate in Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi or on the east coast. Conferences and roadshows that run in two cities in the same week. Golf groups and sports teams, whose kit needs the holds. And plenty of family celebrations, where three generations travel together and nobody wants to drive.
For weddings, see wedding bus rental. For hotel loops at conferences and exhibitions, see event shuttles, and for arrivals, airport group transfers.
Comfort matters most on the long legs. Dubai to Abu Dhabi is around an hour and a half to two hours. Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah is about an hour and a half, the east coast about two, and Abu Dhabi to Ras Al Khaimah closer to three. On drives like these we suggest leaving seats spare: 35 guests in a 50-seat coach spread out and arrive fresher. Anything over two hours gets a comfort stop.
For transfers north, our Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah transfers page has resort drop-offs and drive times. For a day in the capital, see the Abu Dhabi day trip page.
Most premium programmes need more than one kind of vehicle. The delegates ride the coach. The minister or chair follows in an executive car, the speaker’s family takes a V-Class, and a Sprinter waits after the gala dinner for the people who leave early. Book them together and they run on one timetable, sit on one quote and answer to one contact on our side.
On multi-coach events we plan the pick-up waves, stagger departures from each hotel and provide an on-site coordinator. The organiser should be with the guests, not directing traffic in a hotel driveway.
Examples only. Your written quote confirms the price for your date, route and hours.
Hours come first. A half day is five hours, a full day is ten, and extra hours are charged at the rate on your quote. Then distance, because trips into other emirates are quoted for the route. Dates matter too: weekends, public holidays and big-event weeks between October and April book up first. Waiting, late finishes, venue parking, the number of vehicles and multi-day hire all show up as separate lines.
Fuel, the driver and road tolls are always included. Our bus rental prices guide has every vehicle and more examples.
A short list separates a luxury coach from a luxury photograph:
Our answers: belts on every seat, heavy-vehicle licensed coach drivers, air-conditioning checked before every trip, and a quote that lists what is included and what is extra.
Send the dates, pick-up and drop-off points, headcount, luggage and any VIPs travelling separately through the booking form, by email to info@emiratesbushire.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 126 1681. The written quote usually arrives within the hour, and nothing is charged until you confirm. For peak dates between October and April, book two to four weeks ahead, or earlier if you need several coaches.
