30-Seater Bus
From AED 550 per dayNimble 30-seater for school gates, weddings and staff runs.
- 30 seats
- 20 bags
- Driver incl.
Our day rate, the going market range, what is and is not inside the figure, and a way to work out whether owning a bus would ever beat renting one.

A 30-seater bus with a driver starts from AED 550 per day with us. That is a full day of up to 10 hours within Dubai, with the driver and fuel. The typical market range for the same class of bus, from the rates operators published when we checked on 14 October 2026, is AED 650 to 750 per day.
We set our starting prices a little below the typical published rate. You will also see 30-seaters listed from AED 369 to 450. In our checks those were teaser figures on listing cards and not the price of a full ten-hour day, so the gap between them and the range above is mostly what has been left out.

Get a quoteMost of these buses are Toyota Coaster-class minibuses, and the same body is sold with 22, 23, 26 or 30 seats. A bus labelled “30 seater” may carry fewer, and one labelled “32 seater” may be a different, larger vehicle. Count the passenger seats, not the number in the advert.
| Seats you need | Our starting price per day | Typical market range |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 26, a 22 to 26 seater | From AED 500 | AED 650 to 850 |
| 27 to 30, our 30-seater | From AED 550 | AED 650 to 750 |
| 31 to 35, a 35-seater coach | From AED 600 | AED 750 to 1,050 |
| Up to 50, a 50-seat coach | From AED 650 | AED 699 to 800 |
People who search for a 32-seater or 33-seater price usually want the 35-seater row.
The starting price covers the vehicle, an experienced driver, fuel and up to 10 hours. Our written quotes include Salik tolls in Dubai. What sits outside it depends on the job, and we list each item before you confirm:
Ask every operator whether VAT is in their figure. UAE VAT is 5%, and published prices differ on whether they include it.
A bus is priced per vehicle, so the per-head cost depends on how many people sit in it. Examples, using our starting price, for a full day within Dubai:
Our bus size guide covers how to pick the smallest vehicle that leaves a seat or two spare.
Day rates are quoted for Dubai. A trip that starts or finishes in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah or on the east coast is priced for the actual route, because distance and hours both change. The date matters too: winter weekends from October to April book up first. A one-way transfer, a half day and a full day each have their own price. For the full picture, see the bus rental price guide and our note on east-coast trips.
We rent buses with drivers and do not sell them, so we have no purchase price to quote. What we can do is lay out the comparison so you can fill in the other side with real quotes from dealers and your insurer. The question is simple: how many days a year would the bus actually work?
Start with the rental side, which we can calculate. Example: 40 days a year at our starting price is 40 × AED 550 = AED 22,000. At the top of the market range it is 40 × AED 750 = AED 30,000. Ten days a month, for a staff route or a regular programme, is 120 days: AED 66,000 at the starting price, and AED 90,000 at AED 750. These are rental sums and nothing more. They do not include every extra a real quote would list.
Then price the ownership side. You need figures for each of these:
Add them up for a year and divide by the days you would use it. If that number is below the day rate you are quoted, buying could make sense. For most small companies and schools, the idle days and the replacement bus tip it back toward renting, but only your own numbers can settle it. Rules for operating passenger vehicles differ by emirate and by use, so confirm what applies to you with the relevant authority before you buy.
If the bus works most days, ask for a monthly or weekly price. Monthly pricing is how staff routes are quoted, and we send a written price per route. Our staff transport cost guide shows how to divide one by the riders. There are no published monthly figures for the 30-seater yet, so ask for a quote and check what it includes.
Before you compare, send each operator the same question: how many hours, what is included, is VAT in the price, is the driver and fuel in it, how many seats does the bus really have, and is there a seat belt on each one. A listing that cannot answer in writing is not offering the same thing as a written quote.
Send the date, the pick-up and drop-off, the number of passengers, the hours and any stops through the booking form, or email info@emiratesbushire.com or WhatsApp +971 54 126 1681. You get a written quote, usually within the hour, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
