We collect groups from anywhere in Sharjah and Ajman — for daily staff routes into Dubai, school and university trips, weddings and days out across the Emirates.

Saffron Coaches is based in Dubai, but a large share of the groups we move start their day in Sharjah or Ajman. Bus rental in Sharjah with a driver works the same way as in Dubai: you tell us the headcount, the pick-up and drop-off points and the timings, and we send a written quote for the right-sized vehicle with an experienced driver, fuel and Salik tolls included.
We collect from Al Nahda, Al Taawun, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Muwaileh, Rolla, University City and the industrial areas, and from Ajman’s Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya, Al Jurf, the Corniche and the Ajman Free Zone.
Every Sharjah resident knows the problem: the main links into Dubai — Al Ittihad Road, fed by Al Wahda Street on the Sharjah side, and the E311 and E611 further inland — clog in the morning and evening peaks. A driver who does the run every day knows which one moves at 6:45 a.m. and which is better after 5 p.m. On recurring routes we plan departure times around those patterns rather than an optimistic map estimate.
For one-off trips, we build the same buffer into your pick-up time, so a wedding party or school group isn’t late because of a jam at Al Nahda. Evening events in Dubai work the other way round: we plan the return for after the worst of the outbound traffic has cleared.
Bigger groups combine vehicles in one booking. Older streets in Rolla and parts of central Ajman can be tight for full-size coaches, so we will suggest a smaller vehicle or a nearby pick-up point where needed.
University City is home to several large campuses, and departments there book coaches for field trips across the Emirates — Hatta’s geology, the mangroves at Kalba on the east coast, the museums of Abu Dhabi. Schools in Al Taawun, Muwaileh and Al Nahda book mini coaches for museum visits, sports fixtures and graduation days. Every seat has a seat belt, drivers are briefed on the school’s pick-up procedure, and the trip lead receives the driver’s details the day before.
For trip planning, read our school trip transport guide — most of it applies equally to schools in Sharjah and Ajman.
Weddings in Sharjah often bring guests from across the UAE, with the ceremony at a hall or hotel and family staying in Dubai or Ajman. We run guest shuttles between those points, timed to the programme, and plan a late return so the last guests aren’t left looking for taxis. See wedding bus rental for how we plan guest transport.
Sharjah and Ajman are a good starting point for the UAE’s best day trips. The east coast and Khor Fakkan are closer than from southern Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah is a straightforward run north. See Fujairah and Khor Fakkan, Jebel Jais and Hatta for sample days; the same vehicles and drivers collect from Sharjah and Ajman.
Request a quote through the booking form or email info@emiratesbushire.com. One-off trips are quoted per journey or per day; recurring routes are quoted per month, with a regular driver where possible and a replacement vehicle if one is in for service. Allow at least a week for one-off trips and two to four weeks between October and April.
Give us the exact building, gate or landmark for each pick-up. Sharjah’s neighbourhoods have many similar-looking towers, and a precise pick-up point saves the first ten minutes of every trip.

Yes. Wedding guests, conference delegates and fans heading to Dubai events often start in Sharjah. We collect from hotels or homes and plan the return run too, including late-night returns after concerts and receptions, so nobody has to find a taxi back to Sharjah at midnight.
Yes. We collect from homes, hotels or offices in Ajman and drive straight to DXB, DWC or Sharjah International, with luggage space matched to the group. For arrivals, the group leader receives the driver’s details before landing.

Yes. Day trips from Sharjah and Ajman to Hatta, Khor Fakkan, Fujairah and Jebel Jais are popular, and the drive is often shorter than from southern Dubai. Book full-day hire so the driver waits at each stop.
